People who will help each other out and enjoy working closely with a team without any barriers. After our monthly meeting, we usually have a social event. This can be anything from indoor clay pigeon shooting to bowling, Bingo Bongo, go-karting, sixes (indoor cricket) and so forth. There are also plenty of ad hoc social events organised, we never have to go far from the office to find a decent bar or restaurant.”

“Closing my first big deal for City Dynamics was a major career highlight, especially the celebrations with the Directors and the team. That recognition meant a lot to me. City Dynamics uses a WeWork office space. There are regular wellbeing events such as yoga and meditation sessions, as well as social events like drinks after work. It’s a great way to bond with the team and meet co-workers from other companies. We enjoy planning charity events, such as the London to Brighton bike ride. It’s such a close-knit team that you feel like part of a family.”
