Within the CRM team your role will involve working with the Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications. You’ll leverage the functionality of the Power Platform using low code to build apps for clients. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with our clients, understand their vision for change and design, build and implement the change. You’ll also be involved in building our IP solutions within the Power Platform.

 

You’ll have exposure to clients, working with and up-skilling on the Power Platform and CRM technologies and be involved in all the stages of the project life cycle. It’s an amazing opportunity!

Key Accountabilities

  • The majority of the role will be spent working with clients, where you will be involved in all stages of project delivery; discovering, defining, building, testing and deploying solutions with a variety of technologies; Power Platform, D365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Project Operations as well as integration with D365.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Business analysis to ensure an efficient and cost-effective solution. – Design and customisation including write-ups and planning sessions. – Configuration and testing with a detailed introduction to the customer. – Installation and data migration. – Training through a structured and user-friendly delivery method.
  • Monitoring and updating in line with the contract of service. Business Central.
  • Working with stakeholders to deliver business processes into Dynamic 365 and Power Apps solutions

Skills

  • STEM Degree from a reputable university
  • An ability to explore and learn new skills
  • An ability to create solutions for clients based their needs
  • Team player: someone who wants to help their colleagues succeed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail.
  • The ability to communicate with, influence and manage stakeholders expectations.

Experience

  • Able to build relationships with suppliers, partners, customers and prospective customers
  • Support Helpdesk by troubleshooting issues with Microsoft Dynamics 365, demonstrating a professional, respectful, and proactive approach to customer service.
  • Working with stakeholders to deliver business processes into Dynamic 365 and Power Apps solutions
