Great opportunity to work as a Managed Service Support Consultant with Microsoft’s latest CRM Dynamics 365 cloud-based technology. If you have experience working in a CRM support role and are interested in developing your Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM knowledge and client engagement skills then this is the ideal role for you to join the City Dynamics team, based in the heart of the City of London.
This is not any ordinary support role, it is pivotal to developing our new managed service desk and key to deepening our engagement with our clients. As a managed service consultant you will act as the first point of contact for our clients. This is a challenging and exciting position which calls for excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate clearly and confidently, and demonstrate technical competency on Microsoft D365 CRM. The role will involve taking ownership of enquires, on the telephone and email and managing the lifecycle of each enquiry from the first point of contact through to resolution, and proactively keeping the customer informed of progress. You will also be proactive in informing clients on new product features through creating webinars and short demo’s. You will also add ‘how to’ documents and videos to our knowledge base library.
You’ll gain experience and knowledge on Microsoft D365 CRM with a combination of training sessions and working alongside experienced consultants on resolving enquires. - Have the ability to liaise and communicate confidently and professionally with our clients
- Possess a strong aptitude for trouble shooting and problem solving
- Be able to effectively prioritise, estimate, plan and complete workload to meet deadlines
- Work well with others and effectively communicate with colleagues
- Have strong communication and presentation skills
- Show a true interest and passion to deepen your Dynamics CRM/365 and industry knowledge
